Pura Vida Jewelry for a Good Cause (How to Save 20%)
When translated, pura vida means “pure life” or “simple life”. This phrase is minimal, but means everything to the people of Costa Rica, where the company Pura Vida was created. In

Costa Rica, “para vida is a way of life. Costa Ricans (Ticos) use this term to say hello, to say goodbye, to say everything's great, to say everything's cool. …pura vida to them means being thankful for what they have and not dwelling on the negative.”, according to Costa Rica Vacations. This phrase is the basis in which the company Pura Vida was created.
Pura Vida is a company that sells jewelry such as bracelets, necklaces, and rings. To a lot of people, they are simply a supplier of trendy jewelry, but in reality, this company is SO much more. They work to give more than 650 artisans from Costa Rica a full-time job creating this jewelry. By doing this, Pura Vida ensures these artisans a safe work environment as well as a steady income.

Thanks to Griffin Thall and Paul Goodman, friends from California, they created a company that helps give back. They have partnered with 175 charities and donated almost $2 million.
Not only does purchasing this jewelry help people, it also stands for appreciating the simple things in life, something we all need to practice more often. I love wearing these items because they remind me to slow down and live my life to the fullest.
These items are also adorable! They have beach, flower, travel, and charity themes to choose from. Your order comes in a cute mailer and includes FREE stickers as well a little package explaining Pura Vida's story.
